The tasks that hold

Analyse photo documentation
Progress per trade from images, with date and location. It replaces no handover, but it makes the sequence evidenced.

Record defects
Image, location, trade, a proposed assignment. A person checks the assignment, because money hangs on it.

Compare bids
Line items side by side, finding deviations and missing items. The most common finding is the item one bid leaves out.

Procurement
- In public procurement the evaluation must be reasoned traceably. A model output is not a reason.
- A tool may produce pointers; the contracting authority makes and documents the evaluation.
- Bid documents are confidential. The processing location is settled beforehand, not afterwards.
- Variation claims are where an unclear specification takes revenge. Check drafts there with particular care.
Where the line runs
Annex III lists systems that decide on access to essential private and public services. Housing is treated in practice as such an area where a selection is made among applicants.
- Pre-sorting by creditworthiness, origin or family status is not defensible without an examined basis and is open to discrimination claims.
- Indirect selection through characteristics correlated with protected ones is caught as well.
- Wherever a selection happens, the reasoning belongs to the task and must be traceable without the system.
Site supervision and employees
Cameras on site capture workers, even where they are meant to document the build.

- Which images were analysed, with the period and the purpose.
- Which defect assignment came from the system and who confirmed it.
- Which version of a specification was produced with which tool.
- In procurement: the evaluation reasoning, independent of the model output.
