Your own requirements per clause type, in writing, versioned, with fallback positions. Without them there is nothing to check against.

Legal's double role
It is both a user and the function classifying the organisation's AI use. The two belong kept apart:

The inventory as the starting point
- Which systems are in use, in which version, for which purpose?
- Are we provider or deployer? Substantially modifying a third-party model can change the role.
- Which risk class, and on what reasoning?
- Which deployer duties follow, and who discharges them?
- Where are the logs, and for how long?
Without an inventory no duty assessment is possible, because it is unknown what it would apply to. See Duties by role and Approval process.
